Shipping
All our orders are shipped via SkyNet Worldwide Express/DHL/Fedex with door to door delivery service. It usually takes 5-8 days to deliver the package once shipped from our warehouse unless any exceptions. Your package status can be tracked from their respective websites any time.
Returns
FBR has a simple return policy under which you can return a product received in a damaged or defective condition. We have a 10 days return policy which means you can return within 10 days after you receive the order. Refunds
Refunds are accepted incase of damage product, delay in delivery, not shipped or items not as described. As soon as you encounter these issues, you can let us know. After our evaluation, we can refund as required.
Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of order confirmation. Usually orders are processed within 2 - 3 hours after we receive your payment. Cancellation after 12 hours is subject to 8% fee. You can cancel your order by logging into your acccount in our website or write an email with order id at info@feltballrugs.com

Please be advised that in some cases patterns and colors may vary according to size. Lengths and widths may vary slightly from the mentioned dimensions. Ordered 1x180cm and 1x150cm round felt ball rug at the Kathmandu
When living in Kathmandu this fall 2017, I ordered two large round felt ball rugs directly at the company headquarter north of Tamel. Dawa, the director and lead salesperson, showed me their production and sales place, gave me all information about the production process I wanted, and let me verify the final products before shipping them to Switzerland. The production process was fast (4-5 days) and without any problem or delay, and so was shipping (only 4 days to Zurich). Throughout the process, Dawa communicated actively and rapidly with me throughout email, SMS or Whatsapp. The quality of the two rugs is excellent. It easily holds up in comparison with the expensive Hay rugs. So overall, we had an excellent experience purchasing these rugs from The Nepal Mart. The process was extremely professional and reliable, and the product's quality is outstanding.
